ZUREON Litepaper

Version: 1.0  |  Date: April 2026

1. Executive Summary

ZUREON is a premium human-first Web3 ecosystem built around a unified experience layer that simplifies how users interact with wallets, digital assets, and decentralized applications.

Instead of navigating fragmented apps and complex interfaces, users interact through clear actions such as sending, receiving, or managing assets. ZUREON guides every step, reducing risk and cognitive load.

ZUREON is designed as a primary interface for accessing Web3 — transforming complex systems into understandable, guided experiences.

The product combines a purpose-built software layer, future ecosystem integrations, built-in guidance through Zureon Learn and Zureon AI, and a long-term premium hardware direction.

Founder Access — early ecosystem participation, not a device purchase.

2. Problem

Web3 remains inaccessible to mainstream users due to:

Users must understand complex systems before they can use them — creating a major barrier to adoption.

3. Solution

Unified Web3 Experience Layer

Users interact with actions, not applications.
Examples:

ZUREON is designed to orchestrate the flow behind the scenes, connecting supported services while guiding the user step-by-step.

Core Principles

4. Product

Hardware Direction

ZUREON is building a premium hardware device as part of its long-term ecosystem vision. A first functional prototype is currently being assembled, and a custom launcher for it is in active development.

Current Prototype Specification

The first prototype unit being assembled targets the following specification. All items are validated against the prototype build; the final production unit may differ where engineering or supply chain requires:

Planned for Production Unit

The following features are part of the production-unit target and are not present in the first prototype. They are planned for the serial device after the prototype validation phase:

Current Focus

The current product focus is the AI-guided Web3 software layer (ZUREON HUB on TON testnet — AI transaction review, portfolio insight, curated dApp gateway) and the first hardware prototype build. Production hardware readiness follows software ecosystem maturity.

*Hardware specifications are subject to engineering validation. Production-unit features depend on successful prototype validation and supply chain availability.*

Software

Zureon Experience Layer (Core)

A system-level interface that:

Integration Layer

ZUREON integrates with external wallets, exchanges, and Web3 services. Rather than replacing them, ZUREON:

Zureon Learn

A contextual learning system embedded into real usage. Users understand Web3 while interacting with it.

Zureon AI

An intelligent assistant that:

5. Security Architecture

Security is a core component of ZUREON.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

ZUREON minimizes risk through UX but does not custody assets.

8. Go-To-Market & Roadmap

The roadmap is structured as two parallel tracks. Track 1 (Software / TON ecosystem) is ZUREON's public commitment and the surface that any TON ecosystem grant or partnership funds. Track 2 (Hardware) is parallel-funded outside of the software roadmap and carries no commitment to TON ecosystem timelines.

Track 1 — Software / TON Ecosystem

Phase 0 — Foundation

Q4 2025 · complete

Phase 1 — Identity & HUB Design

Q1 2026 · complete

Phase 2 — Testnet HUB Live

Q2–Q3 2026 · current phase

Phase 3 — Mainnet Beta & Incorporation

Q4 2026

Phase 4 — Ecosystem Integrations

Q1 2027

Phase 5 — B2B AI Review API Foundation

Q2 2027

Phase 6 — Public Mainnet Beta & External Audit

Q3 2027

Track 2 — Hardware (parallel, separately funded)

The hardware track sits outside the software roadmap above. It is founder-funded today and subject to a separate hardware fundraise before production engineering begins. No hardware timeline is committed as part of the ZUREON software or TON ecosystem deliverables.

Hardware Phase A — Prototype Iteration

Q2-Q4 2026 · founder-funded

Hardware Phase B — Production Hardware

2027+ · subject to separate hardware fundraise

9. Ecosystem Integrations

ZUREON is designed to integrate with wallets, exchanges, and Web3 services over time.

Any partnerships or commercial integrations will be announced only after formal agreements.

10. Competitive Advantage

11. Team

ZUREON is built by two founders who lead every layer of the project together — from product vision and UX to strategy and execution.

Team Expansion

ZUREON is expanding its technical team:

13. Funding

ZUREON is preparing for a TON Foundation grant and a pre-seed funding round. The grant covers the full 10-month software / TON ecosystem roadmap (Phase 3 mainnet beta through Phase 6 public mainnet + external audit + B2B AI Review API). The custom Android launcher and branded device experience are funded separately by the founders.

Use of Funds — Grant Allocation

Grant funds move the project from Phase 2 (current testnet HUB) through Phase 6 (public mainnet beta open to TON ecosystem, external security audit, and B2B AI Review API generally available). Hardware manufacturing readiness is not part of the grant scope and remains a long-term goal tied to prototype validation and a separate hardware funding track.
