ZUREON Litepaper
Version: 1.0 | Date: April 2026
1. Executive Summary
ZUREON is a premium human-first Web3 ecosystem built around a unified experience layer that simplifies how users interact with wallets, digital assets, and decentralized applications.
Instead of navigating fragmented apps and complex interfaces, users interact through clear actions such as sending, receiving, or managing assets. ZUREON guides every step, reducing risk and cognitive load.
ZUREON is designed as a primary interface for accessing Web3 — transforming complex systems into understandable, guided experiences.
The product combines a purpose-built software layer, future ecosystem integrations, built-in guidance through Zureon Learn and Zureon AI, and a long-term premium hardware direction.
Founder Access — early ecosystem participation, not a device purchase.
2. Problem
Web3 remains inaccessible to mainstream users due to:
- Fragmented ecosystem (multiple apps, wallets, interfaces)
- High risk of irreversible mistakes
- Lack of guided onboarding
- Fear of losing funds
Users must understand complex systems before they can use them — creating a major barrier to adoption.
3. Solution
Unified Web3 Experience Layer
Users interact with actions, not applications.
Examples:
ZUREON is designed to orchestrate the flow behind the scenes, connecting supported services while guiding the user step-by-step.
Core Principles
- Action-based interface instead of app-based navigation
- Guided flows for critical operations
- Reduced cognitive load
- Embedded security awareness
4. Product
Hardware Direction
ZUREON is building a premium hardware device as part of its long-term ecosystem vision. A first functional prototype is currently being assembled, and a custom launcher for it is in active development.
Current Prototype Specification
The first prototype unit being assembled targets the following specification. All items are validated against the prototype build; the final production unit may differ where engineering or supply chain requires:
- Snapdragon 8 series SoC
- 12GB RAM / 256GB storage
- 6.7" AMOLED 120Hz display
- 6000mAh battery
- Fast wired and wireless charging
- Premium materials (aluminum frame + glass)
Planned for Production Unit
The following features are part of the production-unit target and are not present in the first prototype. They are planned for the serial device after the prototype validation phase:
- IP68 ingress protection
- 3D structured-light face authentication for transaction approval
- Titanium frame option
Current Focus
The current product focus is the AI-guided Web3 software layer (ZUREON HUB on TON testnet — AI transaction review, portfolio insight, curated dApp gateway) and the first hardware prototype build. Production hardware readiness follows software ecosystem maturity.
*Hardware specifications are subject to engineering validation. Production-unit features depend on successful prototype validation and supply chain availability.*
Software
Zureon Experience Layer (Core)
A system-level interface that:
- Unifies access to Web3 services
- Converts complex actions into guided flows
- Orchestrates interaction between users and supported Web3 applications
- Maintains a consistent UX across services
Integration Layer
ZUREON integrates with external wallets, exchanges, and Web3 services. Rather than replacing them, ZUREON:
- Coordinates actions
- Standardizes interaction
- Reduces user error
Zureon Learn
A contextual learning system embedded into real usage. Users understand Web3 while interacting with it.
Zureon AI
An intelligent assistant that:
- Explains actions in real time
- Provides contextual guidance before critical actions
- Provides contextual guidance
5. Security Architecture
Security is a core component of ZUREON.
Key Principles
- Self-custodial model — users retain full control of their assets
- No storage of private keys by ZUREON servers (TON Connect 2.0 model — wallets stay user-owned)
- AI transaction review before signing (server-side recipient context, prompt-injection guarded)
- Hardware-isolated key storage using Secure Element (SE) or Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) — planned for the production hardware unit
- 3D structured-light face authentication for transaction approval — planned for the production hardware unit
Protection Layers (Live in HUB Testnet)
- AI transaction preview with risk flags before signing (recipient freshness, amount-vs-balance ratio, typosquat detection)
- Double-confirmation step before any mainnet transaction
- Distributed rate limiting (Upstash Redis sliding window) on AI endpoints
- Prompt-injection guard on all AI requests
- Phishing and scam detection (UI-level risk badges per dApp in Explore)
- Strict CORS allowlist + CSP headers on all surfaces
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Securing recovery phrases
- Managing wallet access
ZUREON minimizes risk through UX but does not custody assets.
6. User Experience Layer
Traditional Flow
Open wallet → choose network → copy address → verify → send
ZUREON Flow
Tap “Send” → guided steps → confirmation
Outcome
- Reduced cognitive load
- Fewer errors
- Increased confidence
7. Business Model

ZUREON does not offer securities and is not registered with any financial authority.
All features, timelines, and specifications are subject to change.
13. Funding
ZUREON is preparing for a TON Foundation grant and a pre-seed funding round. The grant covers the full 10-month software / TON ecosystem roadmap (Phase 3 mainnet beta through Phase 6 public mainnet + external audit + B2B AI Review API). The custom Android launcher and branded device experience are funded separately by the founders.
Use of Funds — Grant Allocation
- 35% — Engineering & security (HUB mainnet, jetton support, V2 swap, observability, external audit by Hacken or equivalent)
- 25% — Estonia incorporation, legal & compliance (entity setup, contributor agreements, ToS / privacy review, trademark filings)
- 20% — AI infrastructure & ecosystem (Claude API costs, tonapi tier, distributed rate-limit infra, ecosystem partnerships, B2B Developer Portal)
- 15% — Operations (team runway, contractor budget for backend / frontend / community outreach)
- 5% — Community & documentation (developer docs, OpenAPI spec, public GitHub, security disclosures)
Grant funds move the project from Phase 2 (current testnet HUB) through Phase 6 (public mainnet beta open to TON ecosystem, external security audit, and B2B AI Review API generally available). Hardware manufacturing readiness is not part of the grant scope and remains a long-term goal tied to prototype validation and a separate hardware funding track.
