Any dispute shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations (30 days).
If unresolved, disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Estonian Arbitration Centre (EAC) in Tallinn, Estonia, in accordance with its rules.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek urgent interim or injunctive relief from the courts of the Republic of Estonia prior to the constitution of the arbitral tribunal.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and ZUREON.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
ZUREON may assign these Terms without notice.
Users may not assign their rights without written consent.
Failure to enforce any provision shall not be considered a waiver of rights.
ZUREON shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, cyber incidents, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.
